Our current projects are in the province of Mendoza, Argentina a region Business Week magazine calls, "The Next Napa".  We are presently evaluating additional projects in Mendoza, Buenos Aires and in the nearby country of Uruguay.

Residential Real Estate

• Las Paredes Estates                                                                   Calitina's Founder pioneered the residential Vineyard Country Club concept in 2005.  Las Paredes Estates was featured in leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal where one of Calitina's customers is quoted.  This first project was small in scale but big in impact having inspired many similar developments in Mendoza. 

Wine Tourism

• Calitina Wine Resort                                                                        A Napa Valley style wine tasting and lodging experience in the southern Mendoza province.  Scheduled for completion in 2011, the Calitina Wine Resort will also provide a valuable amenity for residents and guests of the villas at Las Paredes Estates.

• Private Label Winemaking                                                             Owning a small private vineyard in Mendoza is a dream come true for many wine aficionados.  But were do you make your wine and how do you sell it in Argentina and the USA?  Calitina has partnered with a custom-crush winery to provide our Private Label Winemaking service using proprietary systems and processes that allow production of as little as one barrel (25 twelve-bottle cases) to be made to a customer's exact specifications.
  

Wine

• Calitina Malbec Reserva 2006                                                          Proof that organic viticulture can produce exceptional quality wine, Calitina's Founder collaborated with a licensed enologist to produce a gold medal winning wine from the first harvest of Malbec vineyards planted at Las Paredes Estates.  There are only a few cases of Calitina Malbec Reserva 2006 available.  The 2007 vintage is sold out.  The incredible 2008 is ready for release and the 2009, the best yet, is aging in barrels now.
